Lufthansa’s incredible first-class suite will come with one-meter wide seats, wardrobe space, and a large dining table for a date in the skies
Lufthansa has revealed a stunning new first-class suite proving that perfection can be improved. The too-sprawling-for-space first-class suites come with almost ceiling-high walls that can be closed for privacy. Comfort will become your new best friend 30,000 feet above sea level with nearly one meter wide seats that double up as a bed.
All suites come equipped with a wardrobe and privacy dividers to comfortably change into pajamas in their suite. Turn long-hail flights into a date-in-the-skies was travelers can dine together at a large dining table, sitting across from their travel partner on an ottoman. Lufthansa’s Gourmet menus and the airline’s unique caviar service make the moment memorable.
There will be plenty of time to catch up on your favorite shows, an everyday activity enriched with large entertainment screens extending across the suite’s full width. There is limited information on the minute details of Lufthansa’s first-class suite; however, these innovations to first-class will be implemented as early as the beginning of 2023. Carsten Spohr, Chairman of the Executive Board and CEO of Deutsche Lufthansa AG, said: “We want to set new, unprecedented standards for our guests. The largest investment in premium products in our company’s history underpins our claim to continue to be the leading Western premium airline in the future.”
As noted by One mile at a time, Lufthansa plans to introduce first class on select Airbus A350-900s. Specifically, at least 10 A350-900s will feature first class, and they’ll be based in Munich.
